Do you thrive on keeping fast-moving sales and operations processes running without a hitch? As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the critical link between customers, account executives, and the operations team, making sure every order, quote, and appointment moves through the pipeline accurately and on time.

This is a role built for someone with sharp attention to detail and a genuine customer-first mindset. You'll work across CRM systems and client portals daily, turning purchase orders into accurate work orders, keeping production schedules on track, and helping the wider team hit their KPIs and sales targets.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service, sales support, or order processing environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) and Google Workspace tools
• A demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of customer cases with strong prioritization
• Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A solution-focused, relationship-driven approach to working with clients and internal teams

STRONG SIGNALS

• Background in estimating, project coordination, or the building and construction industry
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools
• Experience in an inbound/outbound sales or call center environment
• Working knowledge of industry standards, regulations, or compliance practices relevant to trade services

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Order & Estimate Processing

You own the accuracy and speed of every order that comes through the pipeline.

• Review purchase orders from customers and process them with precision
• Prepare work orders, including plan take-offs and product selection
• Create marked-up plans and cross-check data accuracy before releasing orders
• Maintain company email inboxes and client portals to keep the process moving efficiently

Sales & Production Support

You ensure the sales and operations teams have what they need to hit their targets.

• Book customer appointments to support daily production targets
• Support Account Executives and the Construction Team in meeting department KPIs
• Help grow sales and customer levels to meet or exceed individual and team budgets
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors to keep the estimation process moving
