You are responsible for providing administrative support to Sales to include documentation and facilitation of customer related requirements eg. sales reports, production report, sales quotation, sales forecasts, sales pricing analysis, Salesforce/Poseidon admin etc. You will report directly to the Sales Support Supervisor.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for providing administrative support to Sales in documenting, monitoring, and facilitating sales and customer related requirements.
- Prepares and submits Management Reports such as but not limited to Sales Southbound/Nationwide Production per Sales per Area, per route, per port, ACP Report on a weekly and monthly basis or when needed
- Validates and updates account assignment for dissemination to the other BUs, teams and support groups
- Assists in filing and documenting of rates/sales arrangements in Poseidon of Key Accounts to ensure immediate documentation of rates and other sales arrangements.
- Monitors timely update of Sales Opportunities and Activities per Sales person using Salesforce.
- Assists Sales in the preparation weekly/monthly Sales forecasts
- Assists in sales probing, saleslead conversion and submission of sales quotation
- Assists in the preparation of Sales Targets
- Provide other administrative support as may be assigned by the Sales Head/ Sr. Sales Managers/ Sales Managers/Sales Support Supervisor for the achievement of overall Sales targets.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate of any Business related course
- 1 year work experience

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Understanding Domestic Shipping market
- Licensure / Certification Required
