Overview:
Xerox Corporation is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the greater area.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will expand and retains our customer base through account visits, competitive system identification and equipment demonstrations and training, while assisting our sales team members maximize productivity.

- Serve as the main point of contact for service and billing escalations, customer liaison.
- Assist sale team members with order processing, database management and proposal (RFP, RFI and SOW) writing.
- In support of sales team members attend meetings with clients and prospects.
- Build and maintain a working relationship with heads of departments.
- Function as a technology consultant, conduct customer walkthroughs mapping equipment locations, assessing department needs and environments as well as making device recommendations.
- Oversee delivery, installation, and training end-users on equipment.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer concerns.
- Strategize with sales and service on account situation and action plan; generate sales leads.
- Serves a liaison between customer, sales and service.
- Occasional local travel.
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
- Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s and/or associate degree in business or another related field preferred
- Hands-on training of Xerox solutions and all aspects of the sales support specialist role and responsibilities
- Job shadowing to thoroughly prepare you
- Ongoing career development training
