YOUR ROLE

The role is responsible for Tender and Pricing for Local tender and Spot RFQs per assigned Sector, Auto Rating, Report Management

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Prepare competitive, quality proposals in response to RFQ/RFI/RFP received from local customers per assigned sector, combination of key accounts and small and medium accounts enabling business wins.
Manage Rate data by ensuring collection, validation and management are accurate and on time
Perform Auto-rating request
Prepare reports to support KPI measurement

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Degree in any Business, Logistics & Transportation disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Transportation / Logistics industry
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Freight Tender or Pricing Management function
Functional experience in air / sea / supply chain management / information technology / customs brokerage
Advance exposure and ability in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in other productivity and automation tools is a plus
Ability to interpret company’s strategy and transfer into proposals and bids and uncover new opportunities
Ability to read, analyse, interpret and present tender documents, requirements, pricing and other details
Independent Team Player and able to work under pressure
High sense of collaboration and ability to articulate objectives across multiple stakeholders
Results driven, customer-oriented and meticulous
Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, multi-task, assign, follow and control)
Outstanding oral, written, interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures and different organizational levels
