Sales Supervisor (Bilingual)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field

 At least 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive, or wire harness industry

 Proven experience in handling Japanese clients and business transactions is highly preferred

 Proficient in Nihongo (JLPT N2 or N3 level preferred), with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing

 Strong Background In

• B2B sales and account management
• Quotation preparation and price negotiation
• Production coordination and delivery monitoring
• Customer complaint handling and resolution
  
  

 Knowledge of PEZA regulations, export documentation, and compliance requirements is an advantage

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools

 Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and leadership skills

 Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of working in fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

Sales and Production positions: Monday to Friday; 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
