Sales Specialist -Residential Commercial

About the Role

• Maximize effort in developing new accounts for Sales through product presentations/demonstration and seminar to clients.
• Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
• Updates with existing and upcoming projects, analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at right time and quantity by attending customer inquiries/complaints/problems.

Your Skills and Experience

• Graduate of any four (4) year business course or any Engineering courses.
• With at least five (5) years experience in building product sales.
• Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills
• Possess a strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions
• Ability to set strategies for introduction of new products
