Sales Operations Associate - Malaysia/Philippines

N.B : Role based in Malaysia or Philippines (full-remote)

Your role:

Your missions will be to support the APAC sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable service providers and venues for any types of events.

Your tasks:

• Search for unique venues: hotels, restaurants, castles, etc. to meet our customers' needs

• Provider selection: contact and negotiate with the best partners

• Follow-up & Negotiation: you manage exchanges and obtain the best offers

• Preparing final bids: helping to format proposals for our clients

• Co-organisation of internal processes
  
  

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have determination, good listening skills and a desire to develop, take responsibility and make a real contribution to the commercial success of the organisation.

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Mandarin is a plus

• You are diligent and enjoy working as part of a team.

• You have a hands-on attitude and a desire to actively contribute to an ambitious project.
