The position is primarily responsible for handling the in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products and services, with a focus on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. Additionally, the role involves managing an account portfolio to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of CASA and other bank products and services.
  • Manage and grow CASA accounts to achieve sales and deposit targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with branch and product teams to support business goals.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business-related course.
  • With at least three (3) years of work-related experience in banking or financial services.
  • Must have knowledge of bank products and services, particularly CASA and deposit products.
  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in Bacoor City
