Sales Manager | Networking Solutions (Philippines Market)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop and grow our presence in the Philippines market. You will be based in Singapore, working independently while actively prospecting and establishing relationships with clients in the Philippines. This is a key role for expanding Teltonika’s reach in Southeast Asia through strategic sales efforts and market development.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities in the Philippines.
• Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, online presentations, and occasions.
• Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions;
• Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements

What we expect of you:

• Professional in English (spoken and written) and fluent in Tagalog to communicate with clients.
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, particularly in handling the Philippines market (will be considered an advantage)
• Experienced in lead generation, cold calling, and opening new markets.
• Have strong hunter mentality, high energy, and the ability to work independently from Singapore.
• Having a network in the Philippines or past GTM experience is a strong advantage.
• Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality.
• Willingness to travel abroad.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from SGD 4,500 - SGD 5,400 depending on your experience.
