Basic Requirements
- Completed at least 2 years in college or equivalent to 72 units
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- Source for possible clients and ensure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with them;
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters;
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services;
- Meet required sales quota every quarter.
Allowance: 20k | 30k
