What The Role Will Entail
- Pre-screening proper and fast pre-screening application turn ins from sales team.
- Telemarketing timely and efficient sending of Notice of Approval and proper handling of loan signing of clients.
- Pre-Booking timely and efficient issuance of bank guaranty, efficient preparation of accounts for annotation, and endorsement for booking.
- Loan Documentation timely and efficient preparation of loan and mortgage documents based on approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) prior actual booking of accounts.
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar/related capacity.
- With above average communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Trainable, keen to details, self-motivated, and can work under minimum supervision.
