Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 55,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in a manufacturing environment.
Experience handling B2B (Business-to-Business) sales and corporate accounts.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and industrial markets is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
Support the development of new markets and customer accounts.
