As our Customer Service Representative for our program, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences, providing clear instructions, answering questions, and resolving issues with care.
Your Focus
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear, effective guidance and solutions to customer inquiries
- Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Navigate multiple systems and tools with confidence and accuracy
To join our team, you need the following:
- Legal working age with a high school or senior high diploma
- Strong communication and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
- Basic computer navigation skills
- A growth mindset and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- No prior contact center experience required—just the drive to learn and succeed
