Your ‘day to day’
PMFTC is seeking talented individuals to join our Field Sales Force. In this role, you will serve as the administrative advisor to the regional Sales Team—supporting the Sales Manager of your assigned sales office and enabling informed, policy‑aligned decisions through efficient administrative and operational support.

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 8:30 AM

Your ‘day to day’
PMFTC is seeking talented individuals to join our Field Sales Force. In this role, you will serve as the administrative advisor to the regional Sales Team—supporting the Sales Manager of your assigned sales office and enabling informed, policy‑aligned decisions through efficient administrative and operational support.
Accountabilities
- Manage Sales Files and ensure all documents are updated, organized, and easily accessible.
- Execute administrative functions for the regional Sales leadership team—including preparing supply requisitions, maintaining stock inventory, and raising purchase orders—to ensure all necessary materials and resources are readily available.
- Serve as the HR point of contact in the Sales Office, supporting HR-related inquiries, requirements, and coordination.
- Plan and coordinate company events by liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage travel arrangements for Directors, Managers, and visiting employees in the area.
- Handle travel requirements for the Field Sales Force team, ensuring timely booking and processing of travel-related documents.
- College Degree
- Organization & Time Management – Able to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in documents, reports, and data entry.
- Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication for emails, memos, and coordination.
- Multitasking – Can handle several tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professionalism & Confidentiality – Handles sensitive information responsibly.
- Processing requests, supplies, and office logistics
