ADMIN ASSISTANT/ FACILITY SUPPORT ASSISTANT
- 3 MONTH RELIEVER (with possibility of absorption depending on performance and business needs)
- Can start ASAP | Monday to Saturday
- Conduct daily facility inspections and report issues or damages
- Monitor cleanliness and condition of office areas, equipment, and utilities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with technicians/contractors
- Track ongoing repairs and assist in preventive maintenance
- Maintain logs, work orders, reports, and facility records
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Report hazards and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Support housekeeping, security, and other facility-related needs
- Graduate of Technical, Engineering, or Business-related course (preferred)
- Experience in facilities or building maintenance is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
