You will show up for FutureProof VA — publicly and privately.

Publicly: through your own content, your voice, and your presence. You will help the market feel that something significant is happening.

Privately: through real conversations with people in your network. You will move serious people toward the opportunity, follow up consistently, and track every real conversation.

The full operating model — the daily rhythm, the tools, the direction, and the support — is shared with people who are accepted. What you need to know now: this is daily, active work. 5–7 days a week during the sprint.

And when the first activation ends, this does not stop. You are joining a team. The sprint is where it starts.

On-target earnings for a strong performer: ~$662.50 / PHP 37,100.
