Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate and report on all incidents, near misses, and safety violations.
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety standards.
- Maintain safety documentation, records, and reports for internal and regulatory review.
- Collaborate with management and supervisors to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Certification preferred: CSP, CHST, or OSHA 30-hour (or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
- Can relocate at Mintal, Davao City
