Key Duties
- Identify properties impacted by planned projects.
- Conduct landowner outreach and negotiations.
- Prepare and review easement agreements.
- Coordinate property surveys and appraisals.
- Support eminent domain proceedings if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations and agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Civil Engineering, Law, or related field.
- Experience in land acquisition, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of property law and eminent domain processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to read engineering and survey drawings.
- Amenable to 1 year project-based employment.
