Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant staff and supervisors
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower requirements
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Control operational costs, inventory levels, and minimize wastage
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and safety regulations
- Prepare operational, sales, inventory, and performance reports
- Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, marketing, and other departments
- Implement promotional activities and business improvement initiatives
- Maintain a positive work environment and high employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership, customer service, and people management skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment
