What You’ll Do
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and increasing deposit accounts and portfolio.
- Conduct market research and client outreach to identify needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Evaluate client credit applications and endorse qualified cases with proper documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns, supporting branch operations, and promoting cross-selling initiatives.
- Proven ability in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to assess client needs and credit worthiness.
- Team player who can collaborate with branch staff and support units to drive results.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to meet business targets.
