Job Summary

  • Responsible for soliciting new customers, as well as developing and growing a designated portfolio of corporate customers through professional account/relationship management, marketing and delivery of bank products and services with the end in view of attaining mandated targets, maximizing profitability for the bank and at the same time ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction among its corporate clients.

How will you contribute?

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • - Account Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize relationship returns.
  • - Business Development: Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and ensuring optimal coverage.
  • - Product Planning: Drive customized product account plans in coordination with bank partners based on customer requirements and market competition.
  • - Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, CFOs) and promote a cross-selling mentality across the bank’s suite of services.
  • - Financial Performance: Deliver mandated profitability metrics and cross-sell ratios while expanding market share for both assets and liabilities.
  • Credit and Risk Management:
  • - Proposal Evaluation: Prepare and evaluate credit proposals and line renewals in accordance with account strategies.
  • - Portfolio Quality: Constantly analyze customer financial positions to identify needs or warning signals, maintaining a sound credit quality for the loan portfolio.
  • - Compliance: Ensure all accounts comply with documentation, covenant requirements, and bank credit/regulatory policies.
  • - Collections: Assist in the collection of past due accounts and handle loan restructuring as required.
  • Leadership:
  • - Mentorship: Mentor Account Specialists on proper account administration and relationship management.


  • What will make you successful?

    • Working knowledge of credit analysis, bank products/services, banking regulations and respective legal documentation, marketing of corporate banking products/services.
    • Bachelor's degree in any business course.
    • At least two (2) years of banking industry experience, specifically in corporate banking.
    • Preferably Chinese-speaking
