Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for driving sales productivity and effectiveness through technology, process optimization, and data-driven insights. This role collaborates closely with the consumer sales leadership team, and leads the seamless integration of digital tools, AI solutions, and reporting systems to support a high-performing, omni-channel sales organization.

Description of Duties:
Technology & Systems
- Lead the design and implementation of sales enablement tools and technology platforms.
- Ensure system integrations and data integrity across sales platforms.
- Standardize sales processes and workflows across regions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for system use, lead handling, quoting, and reporting.
- Integrate and manage quality control and compliance framework.
- Design and deliver dashboards for performance tracking (conversion, margin, productivity).
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
- Oversee product-related reporting and analytics delivered by direct reports.
- Manage sales support functions including deal desk and compliance checks.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of sales collateral, playbooks, and resources that support sales teams in achieving targets.
- Supervise and guide direct reports in the execution of product and enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Product Analyst to identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing product portfolio.
- Ensure timely execution of product-related projects, including development, implementation, and reporting.
- Monitor product performance metrics and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Champion best practices and drive cultural adoption of digital-first approaches.
- Act as liaison between Sales Enablement, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Quality, Finance, and Operations for technology rollouts and cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years in sales enablement, operations, or technology implementation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems; experience with AI-driven tools preferred.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership or supervision is highly regarded.
- CRM hygiene score across teams.
- Adoption rate of CPQ and AI tools.
- Reduction in quote turnaround time.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Performance and development of direct reports.
