The Regional Operations Manager ensures consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all managed properties.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related, management, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in mall operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience overseeing multiple sites or large-scale operations.
- Proven ability to manage operational budgets, implement operational strategies, and drive performance across multiple locations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
