What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in industrial operations, production management, or specification-led sales within the construction or roofing industry.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
  • Oversee sales executives' performance and the daily operations of the plant.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
  • Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
