- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and campus recruitment, to generate candidate leads.
- Onboarding process.
- All related process in recruitment.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting methods and tools, HRIS, and talent management.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in campus recruitment and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
