The Corporate Recruiter (Project Hire) will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment of Manager to Executive-level positions across various business units. This position will play a key role in strengthening the company's leadership pipeline while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Manager to Executive-level roles, from sourcing to job offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies targeting passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates qualifications and alignment with company values and culture.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring timely feedback and consistent communication.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring progress reports.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of solid recruitment experience, with focus on Manager to Executive-level hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting for corporate roles in Real Estate, Conglomerates, or MNCs is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, particularly on LinkedIn and professional platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Must be willing to report on-site at EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
