Recruitment Manager (Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Day Shift | 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday – Friday


As Recruitment Manager at GoTeam, you will lead the Talent Acquisition function and own the successful delivery of recruitment outcomes across the business. Reporting to the CEO — and, in the near future, to the Director of Talent Acquisition — you will drive hiring strategy, develop the recruitment team's capability, partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, and personally lead critical, leadership, and hard-to-fill hires. You will also own the quality and consistency of how our recruiters engage with clients and candidates — including the systems, processes, and coaching that make that possible. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will hire, you will coach, you will improve processes, and you will speak up when the systems and technology we use need to get better.


YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or related leadership functions
  • Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or TA teams
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment functions and partnering with senior business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for leadership, executive, and hard-to-fill positions
  • Experience teaching sourcing and market mapping techniques to junior recruiters
  • Experience conducting call audits, quality reviews, or coaching sessions based on recorded recruiter conversations
  • Experience partnering with product or engineering teams to translate operational needs into system improvements
  • Strong command of ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies to drive hiring outcomes
  • Willingness to start at 5:00 AM from home to support night-shift recruiters, with flexible office arrival


STRONG SIGNALS

  • Experience in managed operations outsourcing, shared services, or high-growth recruitment environments
  • Experience leading geographically distributed or multi-shift recruitment teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment (call transcription and analysis, sourcing assistants, resume parsing, interview scoring)
  • Experience owning hire retention or quality-of-hire metrics
  • Knowledge of employer branding, talent market intelligence, and workforce planning strategies


RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS


Talent Acquisition Leadership & Team Development

  • You own the capability, performance, and growth of the recruitment team.
  • You lead, coach, and develop recruiters through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and continuous feedback
  • You establish recruitment goals, service standards, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
  • You build the team's sourcing and market mapping capability — teaching recruiters to map competitor teams, headhunt passive candidates, and build warm networks ahead of requisitions
  • You direct a dedicated Admin Support resource and serve as the primary escalation point for complex hiring challenges


Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning

  • You own the searches that matter most and the plans behind them.
  • You personally manage recruitment for critical internal, leadership, executive, and hard-to-fill positions
  • You partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define requirements and execute targeted recruitment strategies
  • You collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to maintain strong talent pipelines for key business and technical roles
  • You provide workforce planning insights, talent market intelligence, and hiring recommendations that support business growth


Quality, Technology & Performance

  • You own the systems that make great hiring repeatable.
  • You establish and operate an AI-assisted QA framework for recruiter–client intake calls and candidate screening interviews, turning findings into coaching and process improvements
  • You own recruitment's contribution to hire retention — tracking early attrition at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days and root-causing avoidable losses
  • You serve as the recruitment team's voice into internal Product and Development teams — capturing ATS friction points, prioritizing enhancements, and participating in solution design and user acceptance testing
  • You monitor and report on time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, candidate NPS, and team productivity, with weekly and monthly updates to senior leadership

Role Details

  • Employment Status: Full-time, permanent
  • Reporting To: CEO (transitioning to Director of Talent Acquisition)
  • Direct Reports: Talent Acquisition team, plus one dedicated Admin Support
  • Work Setup: Hybrid — early portion of the day worked from home; balance of the day on-site at Cebu IT Park
  • Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Approximately 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM worked from home to coincide with our night-shift recruitment team, then on-site at Cebu IT Park for the balance of the day — with flexibility on the exact office arrival time to accommodate your commute.
