We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and strategies to attract top talent, enhance our hiring practices, and support organizational growth.

What You'll Do:
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
Maintain an organized database of candidates and job openings
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
