  • Direct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing cycles, enforcing strict group-wide timelines and quality standards for all business units.
  • Ensure accuracy through rigorous analysis and review processes, including Trial Balance review, profit proofing, flux analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of monthly financial reports, quarterly consolidated financial statements, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory/statutory requirements while managing crucial relationships with external auditors.
  • Supervise, train, and actively mentor the R2R team, fostering Monde Nissin’s 3Cs (i.e., Continuous Learning with a Growth Mindset, Collaboration with Empathy, Care with Action).
  • Champion standardization initiatives and automation projects to streamline reporting, operational, and accounting processes, thereby boosting efficiency in financial reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is essential
  • Requires a minimum of 8+ years in Financial Accounting, with at least 5+ years demonstrated experience in a managerial role; prior audit experience is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
  • Expertise in IFRS and local GAAP is mandatory, along with proficiency in large-scale ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Must possess strong analytical, communication, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
