Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Radiographic Testing (RT) Technicians to join our team as Job Performers. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on RT expertise and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform radiographic testing operations in compliance with ASNT RT Level II standards
  • Execute work safely according to WMS (Work Management System) requirements
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Select appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Communicate effectively with clients, HSE teams, and operations staff
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Apply PTW (Permit-to-Work) procedures for all assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience (Choose applicable path):

  • Engineering Graduates: 2 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma Holders (Non-Engineering): 3 years of relevant experience
  • Other Backgrounds: 6–8 years of relevant experience (subject to approval)

Certifications & Technical Skills:

  • ASNT RT Level II Certification (required)
  • WMS Full Package Certification (for ADNOC projects)
  • Proficiency in radiographic testing methodologies and equipment

Language & Communication:

  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to comprehend technical documentation and safety procedures

Core Competencies

  • Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to WMS safety requirements and PTW procedures
  • Documentation Management: Accurate record-keeping and report generation
  • Equipment Expertise: Proper selection and use of RT equipment and PPE
  • Client Relations: Effective communication with external clients and internal HSE/Operations teams
  • Standards Compliance: Knowledge of and commitment to industry standards and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience on ADNOC projects
  • Additional ASNT certifications (Level III or specialized endorsements)
  • Experience with digital documentation systems
  • Track record of zero safety incidents
