Position: Purchasing Staff Restaurant & Kitchen Supplies
Location: Judge Juan Luna Street, West Avenue, Quezon City
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to support the procurement of food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and restaurant consumables. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, quality control of delivered items, and proper coordination with suppliers and operations teams.
Qualifications
Vocational Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
Experience in purchasing, inventory management, food service operations, kitchen operations, or restaurant operations is an advantage
Knowledgeable in food ingredients, kitchen equipment, restaurant supplies, and consumables
Capable of inspecting the quality, quantity, freshness, and specifications of delivered items
Strong coordination and communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal departments
Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proficient in record-keeping and documentation
Willing to conduct market purchasing and field assignments when necessary
Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
