Qualifications
Work Location: Stay-in work set-up is a must (Staff house provided)
Applicants' Residence: Must be residing from far North area example: Bataan, Baguio, Pangasinan, Zambales, Cagayan Valley, Isabela, etc. or other Visayas or Mindanao area
Work Schedule: Mondays-Fridays (7am-7pm), Saturday (7am-5pm)
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or any related course.
- Experience in purchasing construction materials, warehouse supplies, hardware, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, and equipment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Receive and review Purchase Requisitions from various departments and project sites.
- Source and canvass to obtain competitive prices, quality, delivery schedules, and supplier terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) using the Zoho System.
- Monitor the status of purchase orders until delivery is completed.
