Job Summary
The Document Controller isresponsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project and operationaldocumentation in accordance with CBRE standards and client requirements. Thisrole ensures all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible,supporting efficient project execution and compliance within CBRE’s real estateand facilities management operations.

The Document Controller isresponsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project and operationaldocumentation in accordance with CBRE standards and client requirements. Thisrole ensures all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible,supporting efficient project execution and compliance within CBRE’s real estateand facilities management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management &Control
- Establish and maintain document control systems for operations
- Ensure all incoming/outgoing documents are properly logged, tracked, and distributed
- Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and hard copy) in line with CBRE policies
- Control document numbering, versioning, and revision history
- Ensure all documents meet internal standards and client requirements
- Support audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentation records
- Monitor document workflows to ensure compliance with timelines and approvals
- Liaise with project teams, vendors, and clients for document submission and approvals
- Track document status and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Maintain document registers, transmittals, and logs
- Manage document control platforms
- Upload and organize drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure data integrity and security of all stored documentation
- Assist project managers and engineers with document-related requirements
- Prepare and compile project reports, handover documents, and closeout files
- Support onboarding of documentation systems for new projects
- Graduate of ANY course; Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in terms document controller or Administrative scope
- Must be amenable for 6 days schedule
- Job location: Subic (We will provide shuttle service going to job site in Jesus Magsaysay Nat'l High School)
