This role is responsible for creating compelling communication materials, coordinating recognition programs, supporting training communications, and contributing to marketing activities that foster collaboration across global teams

What You Will Do:
- Develop and publish weekly newsletters, employee communications, and business announcements
- Create presentation materials, videos, and multimedia content for global All-Hands meetings and leadership communications
- Design creative assets for presentations, email campaigns, recognition programs, and internal marketing initiatives
- Coordinate employee recognition programs by identifying award recipients, preparing communications, maintaining tracking reports, and supporting payment requests
- Support quarterly training planning by maintaining training matrices and assisting with communication and coordination activities
- Provide marketing support for lead management initiatives and event-related projects
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely communications across the organization
- Identify opportunities to improve communication processes, employee engagement, and marketing effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in communications, marketing, business operations, or a related role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience creating presentations, newsletters, videos, or other digital communication materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience using graphic design and multimedia tools is an advantage
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams in a multicultural environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
