Overview: The Communication & Marketing Analyst supports the Global Sales Operations team by developing and delivering internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and marketing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for creating compelling communication materials, coordinating recognition programs, supporting training communications, and contributing to marketing activities that foster collaboration across global teams

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and publish weekly newsletters, employee communications, and business announcements
  • Create presentation materials, videos, and multimedia content for global All-Hands meetings and leadership communications
  • Design creative assets for presentations, email campaigns, recognition programs, and internal marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs by identifying award recipients, preparing communications, maintaining tracking reports, and supporting payment requests
  • Support quarterly training planning by maintaining training matrices and assisting with communication and coordination activities
  • Provide marketing support for lead management initiatives and event-related projects
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely communications across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication processes, employee engagement, and marketing effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in communications, marketing, business operations, or a related role is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience creating presentations, newsletters, videos, or other digital communication materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience using graphic design and multimedia tools is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
