Production/Material Planner, Fixed-Term: 6 Months (OPS, Philippines:Cebu)

Opportunity Overview

• Responsible for MRP result analysis, understand weekly MRP planned buy message, release PO in timely manner.
• In charge of PO release, PO management, expediting, de-expediting and Cancellation per weekly MRP result.
• Be on top of any critical shortages, follow escalation process to address issues to Commodity management team for speedy recover plan.
• Monitor supplier on time delivery.
• Be on top of any PO related issues as PPV, shipping& receiving, accounts payable problems and process RMA in case run into any Supplier quality issues.
• In charge of ECNs, communicate ECN changes with Supplier, evaluation material impact, and monitor the future cut in of ECNs.
• Any other tasks assigned by manager to support Change Kit Production

• Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Proficient MS office applications including Power Tools (Power BI, Query etc)
• With high sense of urgency & can interface with the different level of positions in the organization worldwide
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules as the need arises
