Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Plan and execute daily production schedules, including device loading, manpower planning, and machine allocation.
• Monitor production performance and implement timely actions to address operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Coach and develop production personnel while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 9+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in Power Semiconductor Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, including device loading, manpower planning, and machine allocation.
• Systematic problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
