- Conducts daily performance review meeting to show Actual attainment vs Standards.
- Conducts daily machine running compliance monitoring vs plan schedule.
- Conducts weekly performance review meeting with the Production Foreman.
- Prepares weekly management report and submit to the Plant Manager.
- Collaborates with other section heads related to Departmental concerns.
- Monitoring of effective Implementation of System Compliance.
- Monitoring and control of production related downtime.
- Manage and control processes effective implementation in the production floor.
- Performance evaluation of foreman and production encoders.
- Monitoring and updates of standard cycle time compliance and provide action plan on how to hit the targets.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position in Food Packaging Manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in planning, organizing, directing and control of production activities to improve the performance.
- Possesses Analytical Thinking Skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including reports and presentation.
- With experience in ISO Standards company is a plus factor.
- Can handle and supervise 400-500 employees.
- Can work under pressure.
