Job Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production or utility equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure product quality and compliance with standards
- Conduct routine checks, documentation, and reporting
- Follow safety, GMP, and company procedures at all times
- Support team operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Graduate of Technical, Vocational, or Engineering-related course
- With experience in manufacturing or plant operations (preferred)
- Basic knowledge in machine operation, maintenance, or utilities
- Willing to work in shifts and in a factory environment
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
