Title: Production Assistant
The R&D Assistant – Production is responsible for preparing, weighing, and mixing coded key ingredients to support production requirements while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards.
The R&D Assistant – Production is responsible for preparing, weighing, and mixing coded key ingredients to support production requirements while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Produces coded key mixes based on production requirements.
- Weighs and mixes raw materials with accuracy and consistency.
- Prepares production reports, material requests, and inventory records.
- Monitors raw materials and finished goods inventory.
- Ensures compliance with GMP, GWP, HACCP, and quality standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and proper condition of production areas and equipment.
- Plant-based, shifting schedule (including weekends/holidays)
- Exposure to food ingredients (dust, spices)
- Safeguards formulation confidentiality and restricts unauthorized access.
- At least 2nd year college level or technical/vocational graduate
- Preferably with experience in Manufacturing, R&D, or QA (open to fresh candidates)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg
- Knowledge of GMP, GWP, HACCP is an advantage
- Organized, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Willing to work in Danao, Cebu
