As a Product Owner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our products by turning customer needs into innovative features and working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of internal platforms that drive business operations and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including system modernization, workflow digitization, and platform transformation across multiple teams.
• Translate business needs, integrations, APIs, and data migration requirements into prioritized product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases and remove blockers.
• Use data and KPIs to measure product success, optimize features, and drive continuous improvements through informed decision-making.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Advanced Product Ownership/ Product Manager experience delivering complex, cross-functional products in Agile environments (end-to-end ownership).
• Proven leadership in driving multi-team or cross-domain transformation initiatives (process redesign, operating model change, modernization programs).
• Direct experience with systems migration (legacy to modern), including planning, sequencing, risk management, and adoption.
• Demonstrated experience in data migration and system integration, including dependency mapping and cross-team alignment.
• Exposure to API-driven ecosystems (integration requirements, interoperability, platform/service thinking).
