This role plays a pivotal part in driving the growth of LG’s Washing Machine (Wash) business by identifying market opportunities, strengthening product positioning, and enabling sales through strategic marketing initiatives. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, enhancing market presence, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to elevate LG’s competitiveness in the Wash segment—particularly across B2B, B2C, and corporate channels.
The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, mapping customer segments, developing product strategies, and supporting sales and distributors through tailored proposals, marketing programs, and technical product presentations. The successful candidate will help ensure strong business performance by developing innovative marketing actions, monitoring market trends, and coordinating execution from product introduction to aftersales alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new product and business opportunities within the Wash category across key market segments, with strong emphasis on and corporate accounts, to support sustainable sales growth.
Conduct customer mapping, market penetration assessments, and competitor benchmarking to strengthen product positioning and enhance market visibility.
Lead market-sensing initiatives to understand customer needs, technology developments, and emerging demand trends relevant to Wash products.
Develop tailored product proposals, value-selling materials, and pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements and LG’s product competitiveness.
Support the Sales team in negotiations, client meetings, technical product discussions, solution presentations, and deal closing to achieve revenue targets.
Create and execute strategic sales and marketing action plans aimed at expanding market reach and unlocking new growth opportunities.
Oversee end-to-end project coordination, including product presentations, technical requirements gathering, installation monitoring, product training, and alignment with after-sales support.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and Channel partners to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality execution of Wash-related projects.
Assist distributors and dealers by planning and implementing marketing initiatives such as product roadshows, business seminars, and promotional campaigns.
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, strengthen brand presence, and increase product visibility in the Wash market.
Prepare monthly sales reports, market performance analyses, and project status updates to support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to continuously optimize sales and marketing programs and maintain strong business alignment.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
At least 3 years of solid experience in Product Marketing, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or related roles , preferably in consumer electronics, and appliances.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage high-level decision-makers.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actions.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solver with strong capability to navigate complex client requirements and product-related discussions.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Certifications in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or related fields are an advantage.
Willingness to travel as part of fieldwork, client meetings, or dealer support.
Having a car is an advantage.
