Job Description
Position Objectives
- Design & Document: Design new product commodity FlexAir for sustainable comfort padding systems.
- Prototype & Predict: Build and test components using predictive modeling to align digital data with
- Validate & Iterate: Lead product performance testing and rapid design iterations to hit targets.
- Solve & Optimize: Conduct root cause analysis on failures and implement decisive corrective actions.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with the US FlexAir and Innovation teams to refine DFM/DFA and
- Mobility: Ready to travel locally and internationally to support project milestones
