Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or any related course. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise telecom or IT, with at least 5 years in managed services or product management leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record in building and scaling a managed services practice or comparable P&L is strongly preferred.

Duties And Responsibilities

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Owns and scales the Managed Services portfolio with end-to-end accountability across practice development, delivery framework, governance and capability development.
  • Establishes and sustains the managed service practice to address diverse enterprise requirements across industry verticals.
  • Oversees and manages the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Managed Network Service (MNS) from launch, commercialization and enhancements.
  • Develops and manages the partner ecosystem including technology vendors, system integrators, and managed service partners to expand portfolio reach and profitability.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Pre-Sales, Network Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective solution delivery and consistent customer value realization.
  • Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to enhance the portfolio and identify growth opportunities.
  • Tracks revenue performance, pipeline and adoption of the Managed Service portfolio

Administrative Duties & Responsibilities

  • Submits weekly program status update and pipeline reports and monthly revenue performance reports to Immediate Head.
  • Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
  • Participates in quarterly performance reviews and the annual performance appraisal cycle with Immediate Head and People Partner.
  • Maintains 201 file currency including contact information, emergency contacts, and professional certifications.
