Procurement Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and purchasing activities while ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality products and services that meet business requirements.

What You Will Do

• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier quotations.

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.

• Conduct supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance reviews.

• Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, RBA/CSR guidelines, and company standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate procurement data and prepare procurement reports.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.

• At least 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of supplier management, cost analysis, and procurement best practices.
