Procurement Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and purchasing activities while ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality products and services that meet business requirements.
What You Will Do

Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier quotations.

Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.

Conduct supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance reviews.

Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, RBA/CSR guidelines, and company standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.

Maintain accurate procurement data and prepare procurement reports.
What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.

At least 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of supplier management, cost analysis, and procurement best practices.
