Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities
  • Source suppliers, request quotations, and process orders
  • Coordinate with vendors and monitor deliveries
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation
  • Monitor branches inventory and resources
  • Handle daily administrative operations
  • Coordinate schedules of deliveries from suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Accomplishes other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate manager.

Job Requirements

Available to start immediately

Experience in office administration and procurement/purchasing

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
