Process Line Operator (Coffee)

Location: Cagayan de Oro

About The Role

  • We are looking for a Process Line Operator to operate and monitor coffee processing equipment, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This role is responsible for maintaining smooth production operations, performing quality checks, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate coffee processing equipment following standard procedures.
  • Monitor product quality and perform in-line quality checks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
  • Troubleshoot basic process and equipment issues and report abnormalities.
  • Maintain continuous production by ensuring proper material supply and equipment operation.
  • Monitor raw materials and product stocks and minimize waste.
  • Complete required production records and SAP transactions accurately.
  • Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, training, and improvement activities.
  • Support colleagues and maintain good teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to work in a shift-based production operation.
  • Able to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in food, beverage, or coffee manufacturing is an advantage.

What You'll Do

  • You'll help turn raw coffee materials into finished coffee products by operating machines, checking product quality, keeping the production line running smoothly, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
