We are seeking a detail-oriented CIS Engineer to support initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. This role focuses on evaluating current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable improvements. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, updating procedures, ensuring compliance through audits, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for reducing waste and improving efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics to determine areas that require improvement.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement process enhancement strategies.
  • Collaborate with different departments to execute and sustain process improvements.
  • Review, update, and align business procedures and documentation with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing new or revised processes to improve overall outcomes.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Background or exposure to process or system improvement is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (company-provided transportation available).
