Position: Process Engineer

Location: Lapu‑Lapu, Cebu
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Up to ₱35,000 gross
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience In a Manufacturing Firm
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
Willingness to take on tasks outside prior experience
Capable of working in a Japanese‑style environment (discipline, teamwork, continuous improvement, compliance)
Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards
Perform calculations and analysis to support engineering decisions
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues while optimizing workflows
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project goals
Learn and integrate new technologies and methods into operations
Uphold discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement practices
Contribute to long‑term organizational growth through initiative and reliability
