Gulati Construction Company is on the lookout for a sharp, motivated Preconstruction Estimator / Project Coordinator with 3–7 years of residential and light commercial experience. If you’re ready to take charge, make an impact, and help us build amazing projects — this is your chance!

Responsibilities

  • Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and RFP documents
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
  • Manage bid tracking logs and follow up on outstanding bids
  • Assist in preparing proposals and contract documents
  • Support project management during preconstruction phase

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience in residential or commercial construction
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, or similar estimating tools
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local pricing in Southern California
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
