PMO Lead

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Manage CAPEX projects including equipment installation and facility expansion.
• Drive new product transfer (NPI/NPT) projects into manufacturing operations.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Prepare executive project status reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders for project activities
• Support Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives within projects.
• Ensure proper project documentation, governance compliance, and action-item follow-up.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification, or Project Management training is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.
• Knowledge in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence principles is an advantage.
